Hart & Hunter is a boutique winemaking brand focused on creating single-vineyard wines that highlight the beauty of small-batch winemaking and the uniqueness of each vineyard. Owners and winemakers Damien Stevens and Jodie Belleville employ a minimal intervention approach, allowing the vineyard to speak through every bottle. Their goal is to showcase the natural expression of the Hunter Valley by carefully selecting fruit that embodies the essence of this iconic wine region.

As a small family-run business, they are dedicated to producing their signature “Single Vineyard Series,” where the vineyard’s character is the star.

Hart & Hunter focuses on classic Hunter Valley varietals such as Semillon, Chardonnay, and Shiraz. However, they also explore alternative varieties and winemaking techniques, producing creative and textural wine styles that push boundaries. Their range captures both the traditional charm of Hunter Valley wines and the region’s versatility by introducing lesser-known varietals to an evolving wine market.
